This package contains the DEMO EDITION of our latest C++ class library, which
can be used to provide environment- and device-independent error-reporting and
prompting to your C++ programs.
Although the program code and documentation in this package is copyrighted by
Logical Operators, WE PERMIT AND ENCOURAGE YOU TO FREELY COPY AND DISTRIBUTE
THE DEMO EDITION OF THIS PRODUCT, PROVIDED THAT YOU DISTRIBUTE THIS PACKAGE IN
ITS ENTIRETY AND MAKE NO CHANGES OR ADDITIONS TO THE FILES.
Before using the code in your programs, you should read the file MANUAL.TXT,
which is a SUBSET of the official product manual. MANUAL.TXT discusses the
concepts of the AlertDriver Class Library and includes a tutorial for using the
library.
---===>>> IMPORTANT !!! <<<===---
The code in this package is supplied as demo-ware and is fully functional, with
one exception: the AlertDriver object code supplied can only be called a
maximum of five (5) times during your program's execution. If you try to call
the functions more than 5 times, your program's output will be replaced by a
notice which states that you must register your copy of the AlertDriver Class
Library. (If this doesn't make sense now, it will after you read the included
MANUAL.TXT file.) In all other ways, the code supplied in this package is fully
functional, meaning that you can compile and link your programs without errors.
If you find the class library useful, you should register your copy. By
registering, you will receive the latest, fully-functional, non-restrictive
version of the library for all supported compilers and platforms; a complete,
nicely-formatted, printed manual with class reference; and more! The full
source code for the AlertDriver C++ Class Library is also available (for an
additional charge) for registered users.
Full instructions for registration and contacting Logical Operators are
included in the ORDRINFO.TXT file.
Enjoy the library, and let us know what you think about it!
